Windows 10: clinfi.exe error after updating adrenalin

I've recently updated my adrenalin software from 23.9.3 to 23.20.11 and started getting this error screenshot inserted below. there is no effect on performance but I still want to know whats causing this issue. system specs ryzen 5 5600h, rx5500m, 8 gb ram

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:

I've followed the steps (skipped step 4), but I found some problems with step 6. I got an error message each time I executed the following commands:

• regsvr32.exe wucltux.dll
• regsvr32.exe muweb.dll
• regsvr32.exe wuwebv.dll

I ignored them and finished the steps, tried to install the Anniversary Update, but it failed again.
