Windows 10: Clipboard + drag and drop functionality randomly breaking.

Both the clipboard and drag and drop will break at random times, and across all applications. Restarting the computer fixes it, but I want to find a way to fix it without having to pause all my work, restart, and reopen everything, just for an hour or two of work time.The clipboard breaks, always after using Win + Shift + S, but it doesn't happen every time I use Win + Shift + S. the resulting image is added to the clipboard and can paste perfectly fine, but for unexplainable reasons, nothing else will be added to the clipboard no matter what I do, as if the clipboard was "paused". Drag and Drop

Hi Charles,

the steps you suggested didn't work for me but, when pressing the escape key it somehow expanded the drive and by using drag and drop to the single file in the list worked.

In the past I could drag and drop multiple folders onto the drive on the network computer(s). Doing it on individual folders will take far too long and time consuming and is not an option.

Microsoft should be able to identify what is blocking it and issue a fix.

My machine is multi boot so tomorrow I will try with Windows 7.
