Windows 10: Clipboard History Does Not Work Windows 11

I was using windows normally and then after I updated, my clipboard history stopped working. I have already searched on other forums but none of them work. Clipboard History not working after upgrade to Windows 11 Home

Clipboard History not working after upgrade to Windows 11 Home.

I have tried all of the suggested fixes -

- Restarted, downloaded/installed all available updates, restarted.

- Allow Clipboard History is "ON" in Settings

- Cleared clipboard history

- Task Manager, restarted Windows Explorer

- Registry Edit (as suggested, rechecked multiple times, referred to multiple articles and YouTube videos). Restarted.

Windows Home edition, so Group Policy editor is not applicable (I checked to be sure, it IS Home edition, and GPedit does not exist on this computer).

What else?

clipboard history not working after windows update, in some thread I notices that need to check internal windows Clipboard service, but there is not in the windows services list. I paid money for purchase official windows, and this is what it get. No Clipboard history - not working clipboard, not working Alt Shift S

If it helps, Clipboard History is working fine for me in the latest Windows Insider Dev channel for Windows 11.
