Windows 10: Clipboard not working and refusing to turn on.

Hi, I have recently factory reset my home Windows 10 PC and when I did I wasn't able to turn clipboard history back on. In settings just like shown on the attached image the ability to turn it on is disabled, blurred out. Also, the shortcut for the sip tool, Windows + Shift + S isn't working also after factory resetting the computer. How can I fix these 2 things?

WiFi refuses to turn on

A quick question before we proceed:

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.
  
• 
  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
  

I also suggest you to check if the function key for Wi-Fi works or not. Kindly
Refer to your computer manual to check which function key do so.

Pasting from clipboard

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

Clipboard

My windows 10 computer has a clipboard feature where if I want to copy something, I have to click copy and paste stuff from the clipboard. I would much rather use the Windows key + C and Windows key + V for easier access and because it is quicker. Is there
a step-by-step procedure that someone can tell me to turn clipboard off and use Windows C and V instead?
