Windows 10: Clipboard option missing from upload button after clean reinstalling of windows 10

Hi. Previously, whenever I clicked the "upload image" button, whether it was on Microsoft communities, email websites, or any other websites, I always had the option to upload whatever was on my clipboard, just like this:This function is very convenient because whenever I need to upload screenshots, I don't have to save the screenshot every time and then delete it later. It saves a lot of time and space. However, after a clean reinstall, when I click on "upload images" or "upload attachment," it quickly browses my computer's directory, and the "clipboard" option is no longer available, like th

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on a laptop to sell. I would normally wipe the hard drive with DBAN and reinstall; however I have seen that Windows 10 has options which seem to do the equivalent and quicker.





Would any information be recoverable from the 'Remove everything' or 'Restore factory settings' options? Or should I stick to DBAN and use the Windows 10 media creation tool instead?

Windows key +V will not open the clipboard.

Start, Settings - clipboard is not listed.

How can I get the clipboard to work properly?
