Windows 10: Clipboard Problem / Virus ?

Hi, Since several weaks, I got a problem with my clipboard ! The same text "1PAzUW1XfuqMBbvQncgRD7TJgrpCCXdYkL" is being copied again and again... Even by removing it, it comes back some minutes later !I used several anti-virus like Windows Defender or MalwaresBytes but they found nothing about it. So I'm here to ask if someone have or had the same problem and if you got a solution to it... And where the solution come from...

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If you open the clipboard app (Windows Key + V can you find your typed data listed there?

If you can, then it is very likely you may have malware, possibly a key logger on your PC, because your typed data should not appear on the clipboard, if you did not copy it.

Open Defender or your preferred anti-virus and run a gull offline scan with that.

Then download the free version of Malwarebytes and run a scan with that

Do either of those find malware on your PC?

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

How can I remove this virus remnant?

I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
