Windows 10: Clipboard Synchronisation is broken

When connected to internet, clipboard is stuck on the same thing to paste. Can't copy a new thing, delete it and it's back right after.Emptying it with restart/cmd/stop and restart executable/run it as administrator didn't work. Synchronisation settings is set to off. Force blocking by editing regedit didn't work.Running with no other appDisconnecting from internet and it wotk perfectly

Have done all that in link, otherwise I would not have had edge synching across machines in the first place. Also as noted above I've got working synchronisation on other features, but not edge. Also as above I've toggled both account sync setting and edge
sync setting to no avail. It's not that I don't know how to use feature it is that feature has broken on me.

I understand that the Microsoft Edge fails to synchronise on Windows 10. I will certainly help you.

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

Also thanks to Frederick, although solved, I've noted your alternative suggestion.
