Windows 10: Clipchamp effects not working suddenly

I was editing my video, and adding effects to the clips, but suddenly I couldn't continue, because effects were no more available. all in grey. I've been waiting and also restarted to software but still the same problem. How to fix?

If you’re encountering issues, here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

1. End Task and Relaunch:
   
   • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open the Task Manager.
     
   • In the Processes tab, right-click on Clipchamp and select End task.
     
2. Repair or Reset:
   
   • Go to Settings (press Win + I) and choose Apps.
     
   • Find and click on Clipchamp, then select Advanced options.
     
3. Close Unnecessary Programs:
   
   • Close any other unnecessary programs on your PC that might interfere with Clipchamp’s performance.
     
4. Try using another device:
   
   • Try using another device and check if the issue persists.
     

Give these steps a try, and hopefully, Clipchamp will be up and running smoothly again! I hope it helps!

is there a way to remove the "loop" effect from a gif video created in ClipChamp?

Just to set your expectations that we have a dedicated team for this program and we have limited resources for this, if you require more help I would suggest contacting the Clipchamp support. As they are well-trained when it comes to their program.
