Windows 10: Clipchamp keeps muting music at random after exporting a video. Any solutions?

Hi guys, so after exporting my 5:49 sec video on clipchamp, every single time there is a part of a music clip that is muted out of nowhere for about 15 seconds before reappearing again. This issue only occurs after exporting, not when editing. I've checked and there are no gaps within the audio either. Anyone know a solution to this? everything support suggested failed to work and I just bought premium, so I feel a tad ripped off.

Clipchamp cuts out part of audio?

After exporting my video, clipchamp seems to have deleted a part of the audio recording at the beginning of the video. It works well in the playback directly in the CC editor but after multiple exports, it keeps cutting the audio recording.

How to selectively delete audio from in a Clip Champ edit

To selectively delete audio from a Clipchamp edit, please follow these steps:

• Open your Clipchamp project and click on the audio track you want to remove.
  
• Click on the "Delete" button on your keyboard or right-click on the audio track and select "Delete."
  
• If you want to keep the natural sounds of geese calling, make sure to mute the music track that was added to your video. You can do this by clicking on the music track and selecting the "Mute" option.

Exported videos have a random squeak sound for no reason

I'm trying to export a video with a length of 2:24 in the Photos Video Editor. Every time I export it, at exactly 31 seconds in, it adds a random squeak sound for no reason. The video preview doesn't have the sound, but the exported video always has it. How do I fix this and make it export the video how it is in the preview?
