Windows 10: Clipchamp not extracting/Detaching the audio from a MKV file with multiple audio track...

[[under this section because there's not one specifically for clipchamp at the moment]]I am trying to edit a video but there are some part where the audio is too loud and my voice too quite, when the video was recorded it was recorded as an MKV file with multiple audio track built in. I used OBS.but when i put the file into Clipchamps it doesn't extract or detach the audio, it says its loading or staring the process but then it never finishes, I have even tried splitting the video into 1-2 minute sections and that didn't work either.Am i missing something or does clipchamps not have the capa

Clipchamp cuts out part of audio?

After exporting my video, clipchamp seems to have deleted a part of the audio recording at the beginning of the video. It works well in the playback directly in the CC editor but after multiple exports, it keeps cutting the audio recording.

How Movies & TV select audio track when play MP4 with multiple audio tracks.

I'm developing an application that exports video and multiple audio tracks to MP4 file.

My goal is to make all players play the same audio on start.

Most of video players begin to play first audio track, but Movies & TV plays 5th track on one file, 3rd track

on other file.

Can you explain the logic, how Movies & TV decide which audio track to play?

Additional information:

Windows media player always plays last audio track. I workarounded it by copying of first audio track to the end,

and got MP4 file with 5 audio tracks where 1st = 5th.

and players play:

VLC - 1

Chrome - 1

Firefox - 1

FFPLay - 1

WMP - 5

Movies & TV - 3

It possible to mark audio track as default using MP4 metadata, but only VLC player handles this option for aught I know.

CANT GET AUDIO WITH A MKV VIDEO

Is it just one MKV video or all MKV videos?

Usually this is not a Windows Problem, the problem is that there is so many MKV encoders out there and there is no consistency with the way MKV files are being encoded . . .

I have seen this with certain MKV videos, that were downloaded from the Web. The problem is that sometimes the MKV file contains 5.1 Dolby sound and this is not supported on many devices and applications for playback.

There is a very good tool MKVToolnix downloadable from
HERE, which will allow you to look inside the MKV file to see if this is the case. The tool will allow you to extract the audio stream, re-encode it and put it back into the MKV file. Then hopefully the MKV file will play as normal.
