Windows 10: Clipchamp not supporting mp4?

I've been wanting to edit a video I made in obs and it was a mp4 but I get this error "Clipchamp only supports photo files audio files and video files" I was looking at issues similar to this like a gopro file wont work on Clipchamp. They said to convert it into mp4, but mp4 doesn't work is there a way to fix this?

Yes it supports mp4 or m4a. Camcord a video(thats the supported format). Even if it's just audio mp4 file, it will still play using the real player. But I suggest use mp3 format for the music player.

 

A New Mp4 Player.

I'm gonna buy a new Mp4 player. Suggest me some good ones, I personally like the Sony NWZ-F and Cowon iAudio 10.

If there are any good or better please suggest!
