    Clipchamp - remove video from servers


    Following instructions on the Clipchamp desktop app for MS Windows, I had to - there was NO other option - to upload a video that I edited with Clipchamp to wherever they are stored in their cloud servers. Now, I cannot delete it from the servers, and I have even deleted it from the editing app. I have contacted both, Clipchamp and MS multiple times, I have reported the video to be taken down even though I am the rightful owner on the video link. NOTHING, Clipchamp has not taken that video down. This is a clear violation of consumer rights - besides a flaw in the design of the app.Anyone has

    I can't create a Clipchamp desktop shortcut.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Find ClipChamp in the list of all apps on your Start Menu, then just drag its icon onto your Desktop, that will create a new Desktop shortcut for ClipChamp on your Desktop

    Unable to connect to Google servers

    There are cases that web content are blocked due to proxy server settings. We suggest that you remove the check mark on the the proxy server box, follow the steps below:

    • Type Internet Options in the Ask me anything bar.
    • Click on Connections tab.
    • Click on LAN settings.
    • Remove check in Proxy server box.
    Once done, access your Google apps and check if issue persist.

    Two different vesions of Photos? Maybe ClipChamp?

    Hello there, this is Emily.

    ClipChamp is a video editing software. Looks like the ones Photo app didn't recognize might be the iPhone live photos and/or videos.
