Windows 10: Clipchamp Screen Record Blocked

Hello, I've been using Clipchamp to record and edit videos for a while now. Up until recently I was adding in audio recorded separately as an MP4 and then importing it.Prior to using a microphone I could click on Record Screen, a small record button would appear in the bottom left, then when I clicked it I would be able to select which screen.Since using a microphone but when it is disconnected, the record button now brings up a 'splash screen' that says "Ready to roll?" in the centre, with "1. Hit the big red button." and "2. Choose a screen, tab, or app to record." underneath.At the bottom o

Video Not Recording In Clipchamp

I am trying the Clipchamp App for the first time. I am planning on using it to create vlogs. I record the video with my camera light on and have had audio recording approved. My camera access is also approved in Settings. I create the video and when I play it back I can hear my voice but the screen is black so I don't see myself.

Can anyone tell me what might be causing it so I cannot see myself in my video? Thank you.

To resolve your concern about screen recorder, follow the steps below:

• Click on the Windows logo found at the lower left hand corner of your desktop.
• Go to Settings.
• Click on System.
• On the left hand side, click on Storage.
• Click on This PC.
• Scroll down, and click on Temporary files.
• Click on Delete temporary files.
• Restart your computer, and then try screen recorder again.

Regarding the Windows shortcut for your screen recorder, follow the steps below:

• Open your Xbox application.
• On the left hand side, click on the Settings icon.
• Click on the Game DVR tab.
• Make sure Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR is
  On.
