Windows 10: Clipchamp won't open vertical files

Discus and support Clipchamp won't open vertical files in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I get an error that says "Unable to import some media" whenever I try to open the video files i need to rotate.     Clipchamp won't open vertical files


    I get an error that says "Unable to import some media" whenever I try to open the video files i need to rotate. These files are MP4 but were filmed vertically and I want to rotate them in Clipchamp. My other files that are already horizontal import with no problem. All files are MP4 format and from the same camera and in the same folder. I have tried the desktop and browser versions of Clipchamp. I have tried drag and drop, import from Clipchamp, and right clicking the file and saying open in Clipchamp. I get he same error each way and only on the vertical files. I have tried swapping t

    It open, but if I Start my conversasion with camera, file share or screen share, it crash...

    If I try to uninstall anda install again, I give an error...

    opening .dds files with gimp

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

    To duplicate items on the project's timeline, try selecting the items you want to duplicate and then clicking on the duplicate button.

    Alternatively, you can try importing your photos and videos directly into Clipchamp.
