Windows 10: Clock app on Window 11 constantly freezes at in Timer at 02:11:00

Hello,I am constantly having this problem, but it seems to be a lot lately. The Clock App that is a part of Windows 11 in constantly freezing whenever it hits 02:11:something in the Timer settings. I have tried to restart the App many times. After I restart it, the Clock app continues as if it was okay. I even tried to repair the app but it still freezes. I am just wondering what else is going on here and how do I fix this.

windows 10 with explorer 11. Curser freezes constantly

Windows 10 with IE 11. After last update my curser freezes constantly. Takes a long time for it to start again. Does not matter where I am in fact happed when I started this post
