Windows 10: clock disappearing, apps freezing, icons losing image, etc

I updated to windows 10 and I've had multiple issues continue to happen. Restarting the computers fixes the issues but they happen multiple times a day. The clock disappears, image icons on my desktop go blank, computer runs slow. Right clicking the task bar or desktop brings up a small empty box no options come up and can't click on anything. The calculator app in the task bar is now permanently random pixels does not fix when restarting.

Any help fixing this problem would be appreciated

All icon images have disappeared, and can't open app properties


I have tried step 1 and 2- they made no difference.
Step 3- found corrupt files but unable to repair
I did the restore health command and got this result:

System Icons on taskbar

Hi,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
