Windows 10: Clock jumping decades in time

Every time I restart my Windows 10 computer the date and time are set to 2091/1/1 12:00 AM.When I try to "set time automatically" or "synchronise my clock" it takes a very long time and eventually fails.When I try to set the time and date manually it won't let me choose the current year 2022it stops at around 2076

Malwarebytes Real Time is going to conflict with Norton. I would not even run it's Real Time Protection with Defender because of conflicts we've seen here. Unless you are not using smart browsing habits and getting regularly infected you don't need Malwarebytes Real Time, just Defender.

As to the clock jumping, I wasn't asking to check that Settings are correct, I was suggesting to change the Internet Time server to the other one offered, which solves many problems.

I also suggest you to sync the time zone with internet time zone and check if it helps.

• Click on date and Time from the action bar.
• Click on Add clocks for different time zone.
• Click on Internet Time Tab.
• Change according to your preference.

Clock displays wrong time

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the settings of time and time zone:

• Press “Windows+X” and click on “control panel”.
• On the left hand side click on “clock, language and region”.
• Click on “change time zone”.
• And then click on the tab “internet time” and click on “change settings”.
• Check the box “synchronize with an internet time server” and also select the option “time.windows.com” from the drop down and click on “ok” and check if the issue persists.
