Windows 10: Clock on secondary screens

Clock/settings/running programs on secondary screens? This is so frustrating. I have a game in full screen mode on my primary monitor and I don't have a clock on my secondary monitors or sound controls, running programs etc. Please fix it.

To view clock on the secondary screen, follow these steps:

• Right-click the taskbar and uncheck Lock all taskbars.
• Switch the taskbars by dragging the primary taskbar to the secondary taskbar.
  
• Right-click the taskbar again and check Lock all
  taskbars.

You can still access Cortana by clicking the Cortana icon or Start.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
