Windows 10: Clock time jumping years

Hi all,I have a brand new motherboard with the Bios up to date. I don't know how long the battery sat on the shelf so I started monitoring the time and date each time I boot.It has been dead on accurate. Several times a week the clock jumps 20 to 25 years ahead in Windows. I moved to a different country and was forced to buy a new license for Windows 10. I performed all the updates. I installed a new copy of Microsoft Office Pro 2019 and did all the updates. Last time it happened I powered down and checked the BIOS. The BIOS clock was correct, not to mention that if I had a low or defective ba

Consistent change of clock time

To assist you better, I would like to know the troubleshooting steps that you have performed.

I also suggest you to sync the time zone with internet time zone and check if it helps.

• Click on date and Time from the action bar.
• Click on Add clocks for different time zone.
• Click on Internet Time Tab.
• Change according to your preference.

Clock displays wrong time

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the settings of time and time zone:

• Press “Windows+X” and click on “control panel”.
• On the left hand side click on “clock, language and region”.
• Click on “change time zone”.
• And then click on the tab “internet time” and click on “change settings”.
• Check the box “synchronize with an internet time server” and also select the option “time.windows.com” from the drop down and click on “ok” and check if the issue persists.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
