Windows 10: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD loop, only boots in safe mode

Apologies in advance, I'm not fantastic at this — I really appreciate your patience.Yesterday, I had an issue accessing an exam on my device, and ever since my university's IT person tried to troubleshoot it, it consistently returns a BSOD on startup with the error CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I can't make heads nor tails of it and I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. Firstly: my device only boots in Safe Mode with or without networking, but not Normal Mode or in a Clean Boot. These return the watchdog error.I haven't updated my drivers in a long time, bu

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Boot loop after update no safe mode option-repair fails- restore fails

Last night around 9pm I noticed the pc was doing another update. Endless boot loop again. I ran through the steps from yesterday with one new result and it will not boot.
