Windows 10: Cloning a folder across two computers, while also deleting the missing files

Hi! I have a desktop and a laptop, both containing a folder with the same name which is approximately 8 GB. I would like to exactly share the folder across the two computers.The best solution for me, so far, has been copying and pasting the folder using the Network; in order to save time, when I'm asked about files with the same name, I choose "Let me decide for each file", I ignore all the files with the same name and date and I choose to keep the files with the most recent date, which is the behavior I want. If I delete a file, say, on my laptop, then when I copy the folder on my desktop the

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Cloned Music Files

Hi.

Last night, I was dealing with the oddest thing on my Windows 10 desktop computer. Two of my music files got cloned. They were outside the folder where I keep the songs I like to hear. I checked the properties, and the files had different dates. If I deleted
the ones outside the folder, the ones inside wouldn't play because they were "missing", but if I deleted the ones inside the folder the ones outside could still play. I deleted the 2 files and the cloned ones, including off my Sandisk USB drives.

What makes cloned music files (or cloned files in general) happen in the first place? Was it just a random thing?
