N73 unable to connect to Toyota bluetooth car kit

I guess all similar car kits have the same problem. In the service I was told that they have changed the car kits in other Toyotas too. I think this is a compatibility problem (original car kit has bluetooth profile 1.2 and new N series phone has 2.0)
so Toyota replace with an upgraded version . They can't just upgrade the software they need to phisically change te central box. I've seen it with my own eyes, it is a small grey box, it's not bigger then a Nokia N73.

Today I had a telephone call from my Toyota dealership( i have been in touch with them on and of since the 12th March)saying that Toyota will be replaceing free of charge the Bluetooth fitted Car kit with a new Updated version that is supposed to work
on the N80.

Just waiting for it to be sent to the dealership.

Just remember Toyota state on there web site that there car kit is Futureproof. Just do not give up, keep on at your dealership
