Windows 10: Closing 1 app and shutting down while shut down

Sr that my english is not very good, hope you guys understand. When I shut down my laptop, just a second, this note appear and the laptop still shut down but I dont know what is this hay how to fix it, I try to update but nothing happen. Need help plz, tks

windows will shut down in less than a minute  

I'm referring only to fast shutdown tweaks under Step 13 of the linked tutorial.

Note 13. Speed Up Windows Shut Down Time You can set and adjust the AutoEndTasks, HungAppTimeout, WaitToKillAppTimeout, and/or WaitToKillServiceTimeout values for how long Windows waits for hung programs and other programs to save data and close before shutting down. I'm not suggesting anything else relating to fast startup or whatever. Those Step 13 tweaks don't affect reboot or updates. Example: Improve startup & shutdown using registry settings

 

When close lid during shutting down, PC go into sleep.

Hello,
I've got a problem (or a feature ? Not so sure) that when I finish my work, I shutting down my laptop, while waiting it to be shut down, I close the lid.
The problem is when I close the lid, the laptop go into sleep mode, and when I back to work, I open the lid to press the power button and it resume the 'shut down' process.
This hasn't happen before, any suggestion ? Many thanks

OS: Windows 10 Pro (build 14393.693) 64bits

Yeah, it's not completely solved until you find out which app is hanging at shut down.

Does it happen if you shut down while in Safe Mode?

If not, then how did troubleshooting with a clean boot posted below go? It's a bit of a pain, but you'll have to shut down between the steps until you hopefully find a culprit.
