Windows 10: Cloud Error

So, I never used the cloud. I'm old school and I don't trust the idea of my private data being out there somewhere. Recently I bought a new laptop and I saved all my files from the old computer to a file on my external hard drive. I then transferred the file from the hard drive to my Desktop on my new computer. Now, I have a red X on the folder icon on my desktop. I have an error saying I am over my cloud storage, when I never even used the cloud to begin with. If I "clear" this cloud storage space, will I lose my files on my computer too?

What do you mean by “it was not synced with cloud data. Every time it does not connected”?

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1:

I suggest you reset the Windows Sockets and check.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button and click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press
  ENTER:

netsh winsock reset

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 2:

I suggest you reset the Windows firewall and check.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Start button and click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press
  ENTER:

netsh firewall reset

If the issue persists then follow the below step.

Step 3:

I suggest you to disable proxy and check.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R keys from the keyboard.
• Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
• Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings.
• Uncheck mark the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.

Didn't work..!!! Sync is far out. In fact the game is ruined since am not able to buy any tokens, or upgrade any of the cars.

 

UnattendedJoin error: failed to find the domain data (0x6e)

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't want to add a domain account, as this is a generic unattended install that will be used for all company machines. Do you think it's possible that the computer would join the domain if, instead of using UnattendedJoin in specialize, I used your steps but left out the specific account? The other thing I was thinking was to use a generic account to allow the domain join during the specialize step. I added a machine password in the UnattendedJoin component, and instead of getting the error listed above, I got an authentication error, which makes me think I could probably do a secure join instead of the unsecure join. Thoughts?
