Windows 10: Cloud Stinger II headset does not work after Windows 10 Update?

Hi, I finally made the Windows 10 Update after a few years - and was quite happy at the beginning. But my headset (Cloud Stinger II from HyperX) doesn't work anymore. The microphone works, but no sound. I didn't find any drivers for my headset in the device manager. Plugged in several times, driver tries to download, nothing. Before the Windows 10 update, everything was working normally - I'm at the end now because it doesn't work. Please help me, I am at the edge of my patience.

Headset Mic Not Working

I really need some help.

I have a Cloud Stinger HyperX headset.

So the Microphone was working fine for many months then a few weeks ago it just stopped.

It does not show up on my list of Recording Devices anymore.

The only Mic I have is the one built in the computer.

I have tried multiple solutions and nothing works. Any suggestions?

There have been a few issues with the 7.1 surround not behaving properly for this headset

There is an update that hopefully should resolve these issues
