Windows 10: Cloud storage information not displaying correctly in settings Windows 11

Hi everyone,I recently bought a Dell Latitude 9430 with an i7-1265U. Windows 23H2, OS build 22631.3007. I'm on the 100GB personal OneDrive plan. In my settings app, the OneDrive information panel shows the following error. Anyone know why this might be happening, and how to fix it?I've already tried resetting OneDrive via running the commands found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/reset-onedrive-34701e00-bf7b-42db-b960-84905399050c. That didn't work. I then tried entirely unlinking the computer from my OneDrive, deleting the local folder, and then relinking and redownloadi

Step 3: Delete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

• Click Start and click Settings.
• Select System.
• Select Storage.
• Select This PC.
• Click Temporary files.
• Choose Temporary files.
• Click Remove files.

Yes, you may actually access the files that you saved on the cloud storage on other devices. That is actually the main purpose of cloud storage. First, you would need to identify what cloud storage service did you use (OneDrive or Google Drive). Then on your
Windows 10 laptop, you would just need to use the same application and sign-in using the same account to access the documents.

Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly

Thank you for posting your query at Microsoft community.

Do the apps work fine apart form the icons not displaying correctly? If so I would suggest you to run an SFC scan and check if it helps. If the issue persists you may run DISM command and check.

Follow this steps:

    Press Windows+X.
    
  • 
    Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
    
  • 
    Type the command SFC /SCANNOW and
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit
    Enter.
