    cloudbook looping between 64%and 85%


    i triet resetting wifes cloudbook now it is stuck looping between 64%and 85% and i have tried everything spoke to acer and they told me i need to order recovery media then someone else said it might work or it might not this product costs£34.99 can anyone please help me cheers john

    My wife's acer 11"cloud it is stuck on installing at 64% goes up to 85% then goes back again after trying to reset it

    The only thing on the screen when I turn it on is the logo acer ext and then it starts looping at 64% goes up to 85% then goes back to 64% again and says it is installing
