Unable to run exe which I just downloaded.All the other exe's on my PC work fine.

2. From where (source) you have downloaded the exe file?

Run the exe file and check in the task manager if it is running in the background. If yes, please try to run the exe in compatibility mode and check if you can install. If no, please compare the size of the file from the source with the downloaded file(To
make sure if the file is downloaded completely).

Also, check the system requirements for the exe file to run on your PC.

cannot run an exe file in CMD administrator

From exe file property ===> check: Run this program as an administrator

open cmd: run as adminitrator

type cd ==> enter

C:\Users\MYNAME\Downloads\Programs\Apps\Viber Setup ==> Enter

===> 'C:\Users\MYNAME' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
****NOTE: UserName is replaced by "MYNAME''' because it is my personal name, so I changed it. When I typed in cmd, I used the exact UserName. It was changed when I posted it here
