Windows 10: CMD.exe File Unsigned

I occasionally run sysinternals and autoruns for safety. Today I noticed that cmd.exe was flagged by the virustotal function on both programs. Checked the link and noticed that it was only 1 small anti virus vendor that flagged it. Most likely a false positive. What concerns me is that the file is unsigned according to the details tab. This is is the first time I've seen this and I was wondering if this is normal? Why are unsigned EXE files counted as viruses?

I really want to play Sonic 3D in 2D, so here are some reasons unsigned EXE files shouldn't be counted as viruses:

• There's nothing wrong with them unless they are actually viruses.
  
• Signing an EXE file takes some work.
  
• Some people will have no idea what to do when they see that when they download a popular game that is unsigned and says it's a virus.

Sigverif reports an unsigned file rzs3wizardpkgs3.exe i manually deleted the exe file but still showing after runnning the same command and I'm unable to find the file, how do i delete it and is the file safe or dangerous.

Thank you for the information. Unsigned EXE files are not inherently harmful. Many legitimate software developers, particularly independent or hobbyist developers, may not have the resources or knowledge to sign their executables. As a result, these files can be flagged as potentially dangerous by antivirus programs, even though they are safe. This also happens to me playing older games, also MS-DOS games (Through DOSBOX exe application).
