Windows 10: Cmd.exe possible virus. Nothing is finding the issue.

My command prompt keeps opening and says sensiblemoth.com and a bunch of numbers. I have been unable to remove it. I did sfc /scannow and it found an issue downloaded some files and restarted. Same issue is still happening. Command prompt pops up with suspicious website name and a bunch of number. I tried to run sfc /scannow again and now I'm no longer able to open an admin session in command prompt in order to run the scannow. I hit open as admin and it simply does nothing. Other admin priveledges work but I'm not allowed to open PowerShell or cmd.exe in admin mode now. I've done virus scans

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps in this article on how
to create a new admin account.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
