Windows 10: Cmd factory reset doesn't stop

Yesterday I tried to factory reset my laptop. I let it run over night and when I came back the next morning he was still resetting. I write this in the afternoon and it is still resetting. I searched on google for a solution but I didn't find anything. I can't do anything with my laptop right now. I tried fixing it by forcing a shut down but if I turned my laptop back on the same screen comes up. The problem started when I couldn't log in into my laptop and I was stuck on the lock screen. There stood a text that said that my PIN wasn't working and there was a button that said "set PIN", I clicked on that button and there came a little empty screen from microsoft and after a couple seconds it disapeard. Then I made a back up from my important files and tried to reset my laptop. And on this moment it is still running and I can't do anything to stop it. My laptop is in a sort of loop where it constantly restarts and shows an cmd screen. Then it restarts again and does the same thing over and over. I sometimes read what the cmd screen sais and it is not always the sane thing. There are 4 lines, the first 3 always stay the same and the last one is always different. Is there any way to fix this?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I deleted all my data. I had have it backed up.

I did a clean installation using the windows media creation tool (usb option).

No, I didn`t. I thought a clean installation would solve the problem.

After posting my previous message, I did it.





After chkdsk, I close cmd and tried to boot and the laptop just turned it off. This morning I`ve restarted it and automatically windows did a repair. Windows has booted and it seems that the repair tool has removed chrome and acrobat pdf reader (the only two programs I had installed after reinstalling windows).

Now Windows is installing updates and restarting my lapop, I`m kind of frightened. I don`t want it to happen again. Anyhow, I want to know what has brought the issue

I`ve been looking for information about the error code at the end of the picture and I didn`t get anywhere.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
