CMD is not seeing a folder on a disc

The command DIR is failing to see one folder on an entire disc. It sees all the others just not the one I need it to see. I've even renamed the folder to only 8 letters and digits and no spaces. That didn't help. Copying and pasting using Windows will destroy the info I want to recover, the original dates on the folders within the unrecognized folder which can only be done using robocopy in DOS.

    :)
