Windows 10: Cmd opens and closes on login, and task manager says that “Program” is set to start on login..

I apologise for now making 3 help request to this subreddit today, but i’m struggling to find out what’s going on with my laptop..

After doing some digging around, I’ve discovered that in Task Manager, it is saying (under the startup tab) that an application by the name of “Program” is set to start on login.. I viewed the command line and it claims to be a Microsoft Teams update checker, however there is something suspicious about it. Not only the fact that it is called “Program”, but instead of being found under Program Files (where teams is normally found) it is found under Program” Files.. No, the quotation marks weren’t an accident. I can not scan this file because, well, there is no “Program” Files” folder on my C drive. I’m just wondering if this is a basic windows thing, for if this is something to be worried about. I did have some trouble with a virus today (hence the reason i was digging around my laptop) but it appears that it’s been taken care of.

Also, cmd opens and closes 3 times when I log in. However it’s too fast to see anything.. I think it also might be too fast to even load the text. Autoruns says that a component for Windows defender is not found, yet there is an autorun for it. programs auto closing

Hey i am running programs thru task manager.
task manager is opened from pressing shift 5 times(modded sticky keys)at the login area
but when i try to open programs from run new task from task manager
Whatever programs i open will auo close after a few minutes?
CAn u help?

 

USB Login Form

HI!

Can someone help me regarding my USB and a Java program. So I have created a Jar file where there is a login form. I have my USB that is partitioned in two. What I want to happen is before I open one of the partitions, my Login form will run. For example my usb has a Drive Z and a Drive Y, if I double click drive Y, my login form will appear. If password is not correct, then it will not be opened.

Auto Login to Program. HELP

So, being a video server, is it WAN connected or LAN connected? What's stopping you from installing Teamviewer or setting up an RD Gateway or local RDP session with limited access on it? Then you could remote on and handle it?

You might be able to script something with Autohotkey if you need. That's a pretty powerful utility.

I know some of the video programs can run as services that run their predefined task so you can reboot a PC/server and not even need to login to it in order for it to run properly. Do you know if this software offers that kind of option? Seems kinda ridiculous you have to login to the PC, and then into the software just to get it to record (unless I'm missing something or misread your post)...

Now to review recordings, yes I can see the point of needing to authenticate credentials...but to record...doesn't seem like that should be necessary...
