    CMD Opens and Closes Rapidly Every 20 Minutes


    I found the thread posted by a person who can see what the CMD screen says before closing; it happens too fast for me. I also read that Autoruns is a tool that can remedy this problem. So I'm hoping to get some modified advice for my circumstance. This started immediately after I upgraded to Windows 11 through Windows Update 22H2 Build 22621.755. Every 20 minutes starting on the hour. Can't see what the CMD screen is trying to do. Thanks for your time.

    Windows 7 low on memory during 20 minutes after startup!

    Since a few months I have suddely a problem with my Windows 7 desktop:

    During the first 15-20 minutes after startup it is having all kinds of low memeory problems:

    • error messages "Your computer is low on memory. Close programs....
    • browser windows crashing
    • applications closing themselves down
    After these 1-20 minutes, the problem disappears.

    Any idea what is going wrong?

    CMD Opens and Closes Rapidly Every 20 Minutes

    CMD Keeps crashing on opening after upgrading to V1709

    Same result, it just opens rapidly and then minimize's itself and closes down
