Windows 10: CMD Program Error - 0xc0000142

Hello guys, i have this problem with FaceIt AntiCheat Client, where when i try login, it gives me an error code, which is: "cmd.exe - Program Error. The program couldn't start correctly 0xc0000142. Click OK to close the program. " It does so i cant open the client, and im stuck at trying to login I've read some other forums and saw people suggesting to run a FRST scan and upload those incase there is some malware or some stuff like that, so i did and uploaded them to a Google Drive, if you want me to upload them to a Onedrive instead, i can do that aswell. I have also tried a SFC scan with

Error 0xc0000142 could mean that the software you have downloaded might not be compatible with Windows 10. We suggest that you try running the program in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Here's how:

• Right-click on the program, and then select Properties.
  
• In the Properties window, go to the Compatibility
  tab.
• Under Compatibility mode, tick the check box for Run this program in compatibility mode for:, and then choose an older version of Windows.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the program or check the developer for any updates for the software.

Error 0xc0000142

Was trying to download an app but I keep getting Error 0xc0000142, I tried almost all tutorials I can find from scanning cmd, editing registery, updating apps, disabling apps, etc. but I still end up with Error 0xc0000142, any help?

I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop that is 2 weeks old. I downloaded Macrium Reflect. When I tried to download a Rescue disk, I got error message 0xc0000142.

Is there a reliable fix for this?
