    In normal Windows operation, CMD pop-up is not a normal behavior. I recommend doing my suggested methods and monitoring the issue if it occurs again.

    Ok so then the cmd open sometime for DST EXE related and does cmd open sometime automatically in hp devices. Is it normal can you tell.
