Windows 10: cmd ribbon gone and i cant get it back

Discus and support cmd ribbon gone and i cant get it back in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i was playing with some settings and then the top part is gone. i cant open new tabs or the settings. i don.t know how to open the cmd settings without...     cmd ribbon gone and i cant get it back


    i was playing with some settings and then the top part is gone. i cant open new tabs or the settings. i don.t know how to open the cmd settings without the ribbon

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Hi Enrique,

    Are you referring to the ribbon menu? I suggest you click on View and expand the
    ribbon.

    cmd ribbon gone and i cant get it back

    Broke a ribbon cable

    not the ones he is on about hes on about an internal cable,

    just buy a new drive or do as ShadowFold suggested, its less hassle than trying to replace somthing that costs $20 anyway
