    If you right click on the title bar and click on properties you con change adjustments.

    What does Popup Screen and Popup Background mean?

    It seems as thou when I change them they also change the Screen Text and Screen Background settings.

    Windows 10 cutom colors personification theme as windows 8 and 7 did

    Run the command:

    control colors

    from a Run or CMD prompt. It's somewhat nerfed as certain colors don't visually work (read: UI elements wouldn't show up correctly).
