Windows 10: CMD window pops up exactly every 10 minutes with the name "wwrghsr"

I am running my windows 11 on my Asus PC. Every 10 minutes an empty CMD window pops up for a fraction of a second and then closes except one time it had text. I was able to record my screen and then pause at the moment it flashes to identify it's name and root.There are no files with the name "wwrghsr", but I did find a register file through "regedit" with the exact name. The content of that registry file change every time the CMD window pops up. after deleting the registry value it was re-created again.Attached screenshots for your reference.

Windows 10 CMD Keeps Popping Up

I am running windows 10 and every minute a cmd window will randomly pop up for half a second then close.

We appreciate you getting back to us. To change the cmd name, we suggest that you follow this steps:

• Open a Command Prompt (Adimin) window: Win+X, A, Alt+Y
• Then run the following command to change your computer name to Donner: WMIC ComputerSystem where Name=COMPUTER-NAME call Rename Name=NewName
• Reboot your PC.
• Try to run ipconfig / all command, you should find that the Host Name in Windows IP Configuration list has been changed to the new name.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
