Windows 10: CMD/Windows Command Processor Eating a lot of ram... if i restart it salved the problem but...

CMD/Windows Command Processor takes up a lot of ram... if i restart it salved the problem but if my laptop run long time it appears again. I want a permanent fix of this. this is really annoying. Please note: I don't think its virus. because I run with malewebytes and Hitman Pro and the results were clean. Besides I use Kaspersky premium. it's a glitch or bug. few days ago i try to do something in cmd and after that I'm seeing this. Please someone help me. How can i get rid of Windows Command Processor eating my ram?????????

Every time I Turn on Computer " Windows Command Processor" Eats a lot of RAM, it turns on automatically.

Every time I turn on my computer or restart it, I find "Windows Command Processor" using a lot of RAM as checked in Task Manager. I looked for some fixes in the community, they mentioned to download and run FRST (Farbar Recovery Scan Tool) software and share the FRST.txt and Addition.txt. I did the same and please find attached both the files: Please help me in resolving the issue.

Every time I boot up my laptop from the past 2-3 days the Windows command processor takes up a lot of my memory.
