    All I can see in the 1/2 second the small black window is displayed is something about "sequel server" on the first line of textAbout 4-5 lines of text are in the window but impossible to read more than the first 2-3 words of the first line.Just started doing this a few days go. I have no idea what is causing it. Is there some way to trap this? ie: make running the CMD prompt trip a fault so it gets reported to the event viewer? Change ownership or just delete "cmd.exe"I recently install Visual Studio 2019 which has Sql server but so does 2017 and 2013 and I have had those for a long time

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Bitsjobs cmd prompt random pop ups


    Hi all,

    After an attack of intrusive software which I have now resolved I keep getting command prompt popping up for a split second. I managed to capture the command with a screen recorder and slow motion play back..

    After reading a thread from 2014 on here I followed the advice given and tried to list the jobs but it reads listed jobs 0.

    Any advice. this pop up is driving me crazy!
