Windows 10: CMtrace troubleshooting tool

I am looking for CMtrace tool because SCCM is giving me some error after the installation. I downloaded the Configuration Manager Tools from your website but the below tools are not including. please provide me with the download link for the below troubleshooting tools

I am facing some issues with updating the SCCM on PCS. I heard this tool CMtrace is useful to read the log file, but I am not to find the download link for it,

Can you assist me to download it from a trusted source since there are many fake link for this tool.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
