Windows 10: CNTRL + F not working specifically in OneDrive MS Word 365

The cntrl + f shortcut has stopped working for me specifically in OneDrive. I can still use the search box to bring up the navigation pane, I can still click the button in the View tab and it works to bring up the navigation pane, and I can still search the documents I open with it, I can use Find and Replace, but the shortcut does not work. It works with web browsers, it works if I open the SAME DOCUMENTS using Microsoft Word rather than online with OneDrive, but it does not work in OneDrive. It does not work with the left control key or the right one.Obviously, I can still find stuff, only a

I use Groove Music and OneDrive hasn't ran again. I suspect Office 365 is behind restarting it. There might be a setting in Office 365 somewhere to disable OneDrive.


This will get rid of one drive. Put it in a .bat and run it:

Just found the solution... enable multilingual text suggestions

However, when typing, in Dutch Office, it will bring up words in both Dutch and English.
Anyway, so be it.

I've not been using the prediction option so far. However, I wonder whether is an easier way than a mouse click to select the first word in the prediction list when that is the one to be used.
It would be nice to use, for instance, the tab key to select the first word.

[/quote] Click to expand... Sorry, but I think you're confused and keep referring to Onedrive. There is a big difference between the consumer version of Onedrive business O365 version. I do not have the consumer version of Onedrive installed... it is Onedrive for Business. Also, this script is for "Onedrive" .... not Onedrive for Business. Thanks anyway.
