Windows 10: Cobalt Strike "Beacon"

I received an email today, stating that someone or group had installed something called Cobalt Strike Beacon on all of my devices, and if I didn't pay they were going to release the information that they had "downloaded" to their servers. Mavis Beacon Download

Please, can I get Mavis Beacon from Microsoft for Windows 10?

 

Cobalt Theme No Longer Cobalt WP 8.1

I downloaded Windows Phone 8.1 today on my 925 and everything went great, except that the cobalt theme is longer dark blue (hexadecimal 0020C2). It's more of a pale blue. I was told on another forum that Microsoft can't fix the color, that Nokia would
have to release a firmware update to fix it. Is that true. If it is, will it be patched in a future update? The dark blue looks much better than the pale blue IMHO.
