Windows 10: code 0x80070422 but i enabled

So when I'm downloading an app form microsoft store it error and send 0x80070422 to me but i'm enabled windows updated. How can I sloved this.

install the latest update on your PC to check if it's the one might be causing the issue? If you've already tried updating
