Windows 10: code 0x80073cfd microsoft store

I am having a error code while trying to install apps! I have tried multiple solutions like using the WSReset.exe and by using the command prompt. I never really had this issue before. My guess is that it has something to do with my new PC. My brother helped me converting the windows on my C: drive to my new pc. it works like it did before. But when i wanted to install Tobii Experience app which i need for my headtracking for livestreams it gave me the error. Error Code 0x80073CFD

I tried to download from Store the OneNote which could not work anymore after upgrading to Windows 10 on my Lumia 640 LTE. At first it gave me an error code different from the title. After I reboot my mobile a few times to get it to recognize my SD Card,
Ig got this error code 0x80073CFD my mobile recognized the SD Card. Strange to have different codes just because I reboot my mobile. Anyway, does any one have tried and managed to re-install OneNote?

Hi, When I try to download OneNote, Excel etc, I get the error code 0x80073CFD. How can I fix this problem?

I'm using a Nokia Lumia 830 running Windows 10.

I understand that you are unable to use Microsoft Store. We will look into this. Please reply to the following questions:

• Is the Norton Antivirus still installed on the system?
  

We are unable to see the screenshot that you have included, I would suggest you to share the screenshot again so that we can view it for you. Please refer
how to include a screenshot in your postto
upload the screenshot.

Note: Make sure you don’t capture any personal information while taking the screenshot.


If Norton Antivirus is still installed, I suggest you to disable Norton Antivirus and check if you are able to open Microsoft Store. Please follow the steps from

Turn off Norton to disable Norton Antivirus.

Note: If you disable the security software, the system might be temporarily exposed to security threats and risks. Please make sure to turn it on after performing the steps.

In the meantime, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

Method 1: Fix Store launch

I suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps from the article
Microsoft Store doesn't launch.

Method 2: Sign out and sign in to Store

1. Type Store in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Select the Store icon from the search result.
   
3. Click on the ellipsis on the top right corner of the window.
   
4. Logout from the Store and login with the same
   Microsoft account.
