Windows 10: Code 10 Error After a hardware + OS change

Hey so yesterday I went to upgrade my Laptop ram as 4gb wasn't enough to run the tasks, I got a upgrade in ram amount and ram manufacturer


It used to be a normal 4gb ram like one of those Green cards, But since my motherboard had 1 ram slot, i traded in my 4 gb ram , and bought an 8gb Corsair Vengance Ram I got a discounted price as i've traded in my ram,


And i've also had to buy windows 10 again , as my previous had a corrupted file or something causing errors, Like when i login , i get a black screen


But after the os + hardware change got applied, My touchpad and keyboard stopped working only power button does, I checked On Device Manager, And I Found my mouse which is PS/2 compatible mouse , i looked at properties to see what the error was, I got Error Code 10 :Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.



And for the keyboard part, Only my USB keyboard shows


But the laptop's keyboard itself doesnt show on the list

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

I just changed motherboards, and When I follow the the steps listed in the "reactivate windows 10 after hardware change" support page, it gives me the message "unable to activate windows" message after I sign in and identify my device,
with no error code, just a subheader that says "can't activate windows 10 on this device, try again later."
