Windows 10: Code 19 on realtek audio device.

Im very stupid. I have deleted a registry key related to this issue altho i dont know which one it might be. I now have no sound, the device manager propertys report "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information in the registry is incomplete or damaged. Code 19" Dxdiag sais there is no sound card installed. I have tryed disabling, uninstalling, reinstalling drivers. I have tryed deleting upper and lower limit keys, this causes an attempt to reinstall the driver but no change to the sound. I have deleted the entire entry installed by the sound driver, no

Recommended resolution

• Uninstall and reinstall the driver.
• Revert to the most recent successful registry configuration.

No Audio Devices installed on my PC, Code 19 error

was trying to fix my headset as it said their was a code 19 error, another forum said to restart the 'Windows Audio' in windows services. I restart my pc and now none of my audio devices are their, every time i troubleshoot the audio devices it says it has
worked and i need to rtstart my PC. i restart it and still no audio devices.

Please help as ive tried every suggestion on forums, including this one, and my audio devices are appearing in the Dveice Manager, but all with a yellow triangle by them and the error message says 'Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration
information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)'

However, you can follow the steps mentioned below to install the Realtek drivers:

Method 1: Update the driver

To update the driver please refer the section Code 10 "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" from the article

Method 2: Check hidden devices

We can check if the Realtek audio driver is hidden and then try updating the driver. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold Windows key + X.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. Click on View and select
   Show hidden devices.
   
4. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.
   
5. Right click on Realtek High Definition Audio and click on
   Update driver.
   
6. Click on Browse my computer for driver software.
   
7. Click on Let me pick from a list of available drivers.
   
8. Select the driver and click on Next to install the drivers.
   
9. Restart the computer.
