    Code 31 error on Windows 11 PC


    Hello, I am trying to connect my PS4 controller to my new Windows 11 mini PC using a bluetooth adapter. There is a driver error appearing next to the bluetooth adapter on my Device Manager list and the error under device status is as follows:"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31 {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful."I have already been online with Windows support twice at significant length who were very helpful and tried EVERYTHING but it simply won't work. It worked fine on my previous windows

    To resolve the error code that you encountered, we recommend that you check this support page article:
    Error codes in Device Manager in Windows. Please refer to
    Code 31: "This device is not working properly" section and follow the suggested troubleshooting steps.

    I insert my 2GB Sd card in my Toshiba Pocket Pc e310.This is the error message that I get "An error occurred while formating The Storage card folder(error code 31) Any help will be appreciated. Thnk You
