Windows 10: code 43 after upgrading ( probably current service pack)

My laptop : dell inspiron 5577
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1050

OS : windows 10 home

Tried the device drivers : 5577_nVIDIA-Geforce-GT1050-Graphics-Driver_MVP8C_WIN_22.21.13.8290_A04 ( 382.90 nvidia version)

24.21.13.9836_A05 ( Probably, 398.82)

I've looked and concucted possible solutions in the communities and I got the message with the dell support but still I've had an issue regarding code 43.

Fortunately, I had a no error code for a while I reinstalled a windows OS 10 but I got the following errors with blue screens.

stop code : VIDEO SCHEDULER INTERNAL ERROR

or VIDEO TDR FAILURE

The device drivers I tried to install was suggested by the dell support, which says that one is a current version and another is older version.

Can I install the previous service pack?

Any others way to have a right device driver for the 1050 GPU of my laptop?

Alienware R4 M290x Code 43 HELP

Advice from Microsoft: Graphics device driver error code 43

Windows stopped your device because it reported problems. To fix it, try the following:

Select the Start button, then in the search box next to Start, type device manager and select Device Manager from the list of results.

Find the problematic device in the list (it will often have a yellow exclamation point icon next to it).

Press and hold (or right-click) the name of the device, and select Properties. In Properties, select the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver, then follow the steps. If the button is unavailable, that means there's no driver to roll back to.

Select Uninstall device and then select Uninstall.

At the top of the list of devices in Device Manager, press and hold (or right-click) the name of your PC, then select Scan for hardware changes. This reinstalls the device driver.

To see if this fixed the problem, press and hold (or right-click) the name of the device again and select Properties. On the General tab, under Device status, you should see This device is working properly. If you don’t see this message, refer to the documentation that came with the device or contact the manufacturer.

No Service packs for 10

That article is dated July 23. There are currently two "Service Release" patches expected, which I guess work out to be the same thing as service packs. The N/A next to Windows 10 on this list: Windows lifecycle fact sheet - Windows Help

... is probably because there haven't been any released yet. I think it would be hard for Microsoft to predict what kind of support a new product will need at its outset.
